- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- We take utmost pride in our products and there is zero percent chance for shipping defected products.
- Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging,
- Do not accept tempered or damaged package.
- Sarees purchased under Clearance Sale or Sale are non-returnable.
- You can request us for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. If your item is eligible; we will initiate reverse pickup from our shipping partner who will collect and ship back item to us. Once received at our warehouse, Our team will inspect and verify returned item.
- Please initiate returns via our Email Or Contact Us within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat / Whatsapp chat or phone call.
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer after our team inspect and verify returned package. Once refund approved, It may take 3 to 7 days to process refund.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded in 24 hours post inspection and approval.
- We do not accept return for sarees sold under clearance sale or sale, Sarees that are used, modified, stitched or worn. In case of rejection, amount of ₹500 will be charged as re-shipping and previous shipping, packaging and handling charges.
- Only items sold in India are eligible for Return or Exchange.
- Items sold internationally (except India) can not be returned/exchanged due to shipping cost. However, We check for each and every items for quality and fabric to make sure you receive items in perfect condition.

Note :- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange viz: If the Return or Exchange is requested after 2 days of receiving the shipment. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition.
Products that are made to order (labelled as pre-order) are not eligible for return / exchange either. This is because these products are uniquely produced on-demand. 100% Pure Silk Sarees are not eligible for return. These are unique handwoven pieces that are produced on demand.
Multiple returns from the same customer are also not accepted within a short time frame.
E.g - customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 30% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged. This clause is designed to prevent non-serious customers from trying out multiple products and abusing our generous return policy.
- If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.
- If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.
- If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
- We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
- Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
- For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
